This Is What Our Warranty Covers For Our Clients In Bucks County And Montgomery County, Pennsylvania

You as a client are our number 1 priority. We want to make sure you feel safe and taken care of when we work together.

In this post, you’ll find out what our warranty covers and for how long.

What’s Their Warranty Like?

“Have you checked your email for the posts the contractor sent us?” asks Michelle.

John taps his chin in thought. “I don’t think so. What, were they important?” Michelle grabs her phone and starts looking through her email. “Well, he suggested we read so we know his process, timelines, and such. They even have a post on what the process for working with Dailey Manufacturing is.”

John shakes his head. “I don’t think I got it. Seems like you did, though.” Michelle nods. “Well, it’s probably because I was the one who filled out the contact form. It makes sense that only I did.”

Michelle hands her phone to John. “Here, this is the post on their warranty that he sent us.”

Here’s what John discovers:

What Dailey Manufacturing’s Window Warranty Covers (And Doesn’t)

The majority of our windows have a lifetime warranty. If a piece of glass breaks for any reason (even if your kid hits a baseball through it) the manufacturer will simply send either new glass or a new sash to swap out for the broken one.

Our warranty doesn’t cover labor costs for replacing broken glass in a big window. Some windows don’t have a glass breakage warranty.

*95% of issues involve broken glass

Dailey Manufacturing’s Cabinet Warranty

Our stock cabinets have a 5-year warranty. Custom cabinets have a limited lifetime warranty.

*Limited lifetime means anything outside of what occurs naturally. This means accidentally kicking a hole in a cabinet is covered, but normal wear and tear aren’t
